Oh yah and i did this, but i hate it and will be patching the holes and running it under the car. As fun as it is its way to loud way to hot and way to many fumes.

Between the downpipe dumping into the engine bay and the unsealed holes I'm surprised you can even drive it. Why on earth wouldn't you seal that **** up at the very least?

Doesn't seem like racecar drivers are too smart if they willingly play around with carbon monoxide poisoning. **** requires a pressure chamber.

Thanks so because my transmission is broke i got bored. the exhaust now is just a turndown before the axle. Its a temp fix ill run it out the back eventually. So i needed to patch up the huge hole in the floor.

I have excuses but nothing legit. Girlfriend borrowed the DD for the day. The cars parked in front of my apartment with a broken trans. I got tired of playing video games went down to my car to see what i could get done. Had the license plate had an almost empty old tube of black silicone and an assorted stash of self tapping screws.

nah its another stock trans. It ripped all the teeth off third. Im gettting the t5 in soon just got my flywheel/pressureplate.

The flywheel above had the wrong trigger pattern. 62-2. Would not work with any stand alone. I had other trigger options but chose to wait for the replacement.

Several months later and i finally received the replacement flywheel. This time with the bolt circle for a saab 240mm clutch disc.

called up clutchnet and they said they could do the 240mm saab disc with a ford t5 spline hub so thats what i ended up with. Should be good for around 400ftlbs and the pedal shouldn't be to bad.



I asked for 15lbs 14.8 is good enough.


So finally im ready to do the transmission swap.

I finished up the fuel lines on sunday and drove the car around in the gears that it still has. Runs enough to get me to a friends house where ill be doing the trans swap.
