I'm not hating on you, this is how give I advice/criticism. Your diet is awful, I can tell by your body. The other issue here is that you are lagging in gym intensity. You can still have a relatively poor diet compared to BB standards but look like you lift--you need to get some muscle on you. You need to eat way more providing it's of good quality.
Post your diet so we can look at it.
