If you register your gun you'll get one of the new poppet kits as a matter of course. Then there is never a need to worry about the spring!

just registered my Etha

Love planet Eclipse

I absolutely hate the online retailer that I purchased the ETHA from

DORO-Sports - worst ever!!!!

took 3 weeks to get my etha -...they took 5 days to process my order...then sent the package to wrong state completely

had to ask 3 times for my tracking info ...when I finally got it I told them it was goin to the wrong state...they did nothing!!!

then it took over 2 days for them to pick up the package....and instead of sending me a new package...or sending my original via NEXT day...they sent it ground

so they mess up multiple times...and yet I "being the paying customer" get nailed for it

oh ya......FedEx tracking number showed that it was coming in Monday the 26th....it came today

when my GF was home...and she signed for it..not noticing a huge hole in the side of the box!!!

low and behold the hopper and ETHA were in the box but NOT the air tank

but I get screwed on that

DORO SPORTS a big F YOU!!!

Planet Eclipse a BIG THUMBS UP...cause well...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

ps....I just bought a EGO 11 as well from a different retailers and got the Ego in 3 days...LOVE IT!!!!

i just wanted to say to planet eclipse that it is really amazing that a company as such of your self to care about there product and customers so much that willing to improve your products after a customer payed for it. most companys in general not just paintball dont care about there customers nore there product especially after you purchase there product. companys all over there world should take a lesson from you guys . i just wanted to say thanks planet eclipse

So, my Etha up until today has never had the poppet spring issue but mine just bent and snapped on me today. I purchased it used from a friend and he didn't keep positive control of his spare parts kit so I am currently spring-less for my Etha lol.

Is there a way to check and see if my buddy registered it already, because he can't remember if he did or not. Silly I know, but it has been a while so I understand.

Two of our guys got them earlier this week with their new Etha's. They said switching them out was a breeze.

Got mine today. Got it installed without issue. Gonna have to go test it soon. Thanks to Jack, Nicky, and everyone else at PE. You won't find a company with better customer service anywhere.

Got both mine today and installed them with no issue, I noticed there's a new hole in the poppet I'm guessing that the insert acts like a air spring but that's just a guess
