Sunday Results and 2013 WCPS Season Dates!
Thanks a lot to all the teams that supported the WCPS in 2012! Ever since our humble beginnings back in 2009 when we kicked off our first event with only one team showing up and we had to make our refs play them, we've had an awesome time serving the Northwest paintball community by doing our best to offer a tournament series that the players would enjoy. Like we've said before, its been a blessing to watch the WCPS grow over the past seasons and to build many relationships within the community of players. It is our hope to watch the series continue forth strong into 2013 and beyond, and we'll look forward to continuing the growth and commitment to Northwest paintball! (Below, you will find dates for the 2013 season).

You will need an APPA card. You can do this through their website. Also, I don't know if you can register for next season until 2013. Double check that before you do. Would hate to see you have to double pay

We'll have locations released as soon as we get them confirmed.
I'll update my last post, but an update on the cards. You won't actually need to have the card with you since we can look players up online so easily.
Just make sure you are registered through the APPA website before the events!

So no coaching I take it? And are the points going to be back to back with 2 minute breaks?

Coaching will be allowed for the race 2 formats, as long as the field has the space for it, which I don't believe any of the fields we are looking at will have an issue with this.
The points are going to be back to back-ish
We are going to use the system where you have 2 matches running on the same field at the same time, when 1 team is on the field, the other is pitting. Then you have 30 seconds after the other teams finish their match, to be on the field for yours. In the event that the other teams match goes extremely fast, you will be given an added 30 seconds. So some of your breaks may be longer than 2 minutes this way.

Ok, thanks. Out of shear curiosity why did you choose that option versus the 2min break? I would think using the 2min break format would prepare teams for the bump to d3. Im fine with it either way just wondering.
