It is none of those things. It's only an issue since the 2013 upgrade and it's huge on both sides. I have literally tried everything. Reaper and I have came to the conclusion it could be a slightly out of spec manifold.

Or it hasn't been tapped in correctly before tightening the screws... or an oring came off. Either way, shouldn't really have left like that :/

Because there all attached to the body apart from the rear main ASA air in transfer nipple, which has at least 2mm of safety.
Not 100% sure but from the pic it looks like its not tightened down enough, or it is a very very early model

Well the transfer from the grip frame to the body is the one I meant. At least that 2mm of safety did it's job. Good to see.
