I can't ever seem to keep my feet warm. Once my feet get cold it is over. Last November when I hunted SC it was low 30's in the am and even wrapping my feet in a wool blanket I could not stay warm.

I never said those were all mine! lol the first picture both belong to me, those are the only two I actually have pictures of. My collection-fu is pretty weak, I have two ARs, Glock 19, S&W 642, 12ga 870, Savage 64F, some single shot shotguns (410, 20, and 12). I spend most of my gun money on ammo because the only things left that I want are just more AR builds, a shotgun or two, a RR M16 (...years from now), and a Barrett. Otherwise I'd rather spend my money on a couple suppressors and tons of ammo, then take some training classes.
Maybe a nice O/U for skeet too.

I've gotten back to where I'm interested in wood and blued steel again... or at least appreciate it. Since I built that painted AR on the bottom in the first picture, I've only been interested in tactical (I hate that word) guns.
Between my dad and my grandpa, I'll have a lot of wood and blued steel after they both pass away. Something in the neighborhood of like 15-20 guns total between the two of them and all of them will go to me because my cousins hate guns and I'm an only child.
Not wishing for that to happen anytime soon, obviously, but there's no need for me to buy a .30-30 right now if I can borrow one now and I'll get two or three of them in the future.

I've shot some geese but haven't gotten too in to it and have never dropped any ducks. I really should get out.

For something I'll be using a lot in the field then I don't want wood/blued but black(forgot what that finish on the barrel was called).
I do want to pick up a nice bolt action with a nice, dark stain and either blued/stainless. Same with a nice semi auto/OU shotgun for shooting skeet with every now and then.

I believe that's called parkerizing, I may be mistaken but I am pretty sure that's what it is called.

I reload for about 30-35 cents a round but the bullets I've been using are a little more expensive. I would probably make it about 10 cents cheaper if I wanted.

I think the prices have gone up for more than 30 cents a round. At least they have around here.

I usually wait until I find a deal for $6/20rd and do a bulk buy. I've yet to reload or buy a full case. Slowly but surely building up the zombie survival kit.
