NT 10 issues, randomly stops shooting
So I have an NT 10 that's basically worked flawlessly all summer and it just started acting up, it will randomly just stop shooting and little puffs will come out until I bump the HPR up a little bit then it will be good for 50-60 shots then it will repeat. So far I've
Changed the spool spring ( brass one )
replaced every oring
several new batteries
tried another Hyper 3 reg
rebuilt the hyper 3 and veriefied pressure is correct.
Reset the board back to stock just in case
Raised the dwell to 8 ( it's cold in Wa figured it would help )
Noid is clicking, cleaned manifold just in case
Currently I'm not using any insert at all. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You may need to try a new solenoid pilot

I haven't tried a thinner lube , I've just been using the dye lube. I'm not sure what I could replace on ther bolt that I already haven't yet would you mind being more specific? And I really hope it's not the noid, is the NT11 noid compatible and more reliable?

Mine stops too, just got it back from Billy, it just stops a full cycle, I assume I should try raising my dwell? It's much colder here then where Billy lives so I assume it's cold related, hence my thought of raising dwell. Any thoughts anyone?

I bumped the dwell higher than I was comfortable with and it still does it. Just going to order a noid from Dye hopefully it helps

I found my spool liked lots of lube on it... If it dried up it would give me the puffs like you described. Maybe try more lube on your spool. It could also be your Jodi like the others suggested.... Seems lots of nods crap out. Don't know why... Never had any issues with their noids before

i had a similar issue, started using sleek (Dye lube freezes apparently in winter, havnt tried) and not its fine but you can also try bump your dwell up 1-2 and it should shoot fine.
