Other than the paint and the hack job wiring under the hood it doesn't seem to bad.

Don't know about your state but if the do the whole obd2 inspection where they scan your car it won't pass with that jumper harness on there.

You should be able to find a stock gsr in that price range. Ever considered a EM1, they have somewhat decent power and are nice daily drivers.

There isn't inspection here. yeah the ****ty wiring everywhere kind of drove me away. He posted it in my sale post for my WRX, I could ask him to add cash but i'll probably hold out for a better one.

I like the looks of integras more than the civic, but I also haven't seen a clean one in my area either.

You could try this fb group. That's the only group I know of for the cincy area. Everything else I know is Akron or Cleveland.
