What kind of bolt is this!?
So I bought this "pooty modded cure4" obviously not what it is. Does anyone know what it is though? Thing will be getting shipped back to the seller for sure.

Its a Pooty Ego bolt. Not a Pooty moded Cure4 bolt. We stopped making those bolts because people would remove the soft tip and never install the inner teflon retainer oring. In the works is a new bolt with less to mess with
So that being said, if you remove the soft tip please make sure the inner white oring is seated in the soft tips groove. or better yet don’t mess with the soft tip

Its white delrin. We also made some prototype Telfon bolts. Heavier but works great. Let me try to take a pic of a super prototype bolt and insert now

Interesting... I may just have to clean this up and hang on to this baby. You get extra soft inserts you sell by chance?

It should be fine. But I have never tested those.
Below are some pics of some things we worked on in the past. I dont have much to say because some things are going in future bolts. So don't expect any info. Just eye candy for now.

I'd think it'll be better with Kila detents than Pooty's detents.
No offense Pooty, and I know it's hardly noticeable in the long run, but I'd think rubber on rubber (even if it's lubed rubber) wouldn't be the best compared to magnetic detents. Also, me likey those prototype bolts.

Its going to be an entire different bolt. So any inserts and such I have now wont work in your Pooty bolt. But indeed I might put these prototype bolts up for sale soon. Most testing is done right after the parts have been made and changed. We take them off the machines and fire them up right away. Its really the only way to get things rolling.

Ya I understand that. I'd for sure be up for grabbing a prototype when you offer them for sale though.
