Some Background on me:
I also produce hip hop/ rap instrumentals. I've been apprenticing in a studio called Dome Sound in Royersford PA. (did Bloodhound Gang, The Roots, and a bunch of others) for about 2 years, and have a sweet setup myself.

What is vengence? Heard of it but dont know what it is. Ive been trying toget that kick sound down for hardcore tracks. Ive been thinking about using sylent to synthesize my own. I like how it has a pitch drop in it. Anyways im gonna try to sample it clean but if i have trouble would u be down to trade it for some massive presets? I have some pretty unique bass presets. |

Not trying to intrude on youre guys conversation, but I'm damn sure hes refering to the Vengeance Electro Drum Sample pack. Alot of producers would be weary to admit that they use these samples although you could probably find them in most popular EDM tracks. |

Using vengaence sampled drums isnt looked down on. Using vengeance pre-made loops for writing a tune tho...thats some toy *** ****. Some of their drums one-shots are really really nice sounding..

Its automated mid bass that youre hearing beneath the kick itself, thats making that dive sound

being butthurt about sampling is pretty much over, listen to bassline secret and shadows by LoKo, guy used the entire octane and DLR sample pack and tons of friction/icicle's pack and still made two wicked tunes
