Looking to get my PE Shaft 3 back bored

As the title says, I'm looking to get my PE Shaft 3 barrel back bored to fit freak inserts.

I want to know:
1. who can/will do it
2. how much it will cost
3. how long it will take

OR....

Can someone tell me the exact diameter and length to bore the Shaft 3 back? this way I can bring it to a friend of mine that can/will bore it out for me.

tjd over on MCB does some great work too.
He's located in PA. Pretty fast turnaround if you haven't gotten it worked out yet.
