Hey all,

Having a serious problem with my Vice. Last week in the middle of a game it just stopped shooting sporadically. After a few trigger pulls it would shoot again and then stop every once in a while.

I thought it was either something basic like the eyes being dirty or a bad battery. I cleaned the eyes, replaced the battery, and today a week later, its even worse. Pulling the trigger 10 times might result in the gun shooting a few balls, and then another 10 dead trigger pulls.

It seems like the eyes, but they are reading the ball just fine. I have 4C in there, and might try replacing them.

I factory reset the board, and that did nothing. Any thoughts???

thats the one thing i need to check. I need to turn the eyes off and just see if I can dry fire it but it has the Tadao Oled board, and I couldnt remember how to turn the eyes off.

So, sticking a swap down the feedneck and the marker shoots fine.

I dont get it. I have a pair of 2c eyes that I am going to swap out. May the 4c are screwed up.

it was similar to my vice' 2c eyes - one of the diode was badly soldered to an eye board. cured by soldering

Have you tried turning the eyes off?

Honestly it sounds like a trigger activation issue, which you can fix in a minute or two. Just make sure your grips are off so you can see and hear the microswitch clicking. Also, replace your battery.
