Ego 8 and Cure 4 problems

I bought the cure 4 bolt and put it together and installed it into my Ego 8. Went to try it out and it shoots, but the balls only go 10-15 feet. Its as if I'm out of air, but I have a full tank. When I shoot it I feel a huge blowback of air on my face, not sure if that has anything to do with it. No air leaks either.

I dont know for sure but my guess is that the hole at the bottom of the bolt where the air goes in may be in the wrong spot... Because it is a different bolt. also make sure that your bolt is in correctly. It has to fit into a slot when you push the pin down.
