What part's the snatch grip? I thought they got rid of that with the G4.

You're talking about the g3 hook snatch grip.

Go with a design style that's current or trending, everyone calls it a cross between two other existing markers. Go with a completely new style, everyone says it looks like a POS. Everyone is a critic.
That being said, kinda looks like the eye cover screws stick out a bit. I prefer a smooth side as possible.

i'm going to wait and see what happens with this marker. i don't think it'll replace my G3SE. maybe gloss colors will come out, or i can just buy a black one or a color that i don't like and send it to FX for some magic.

Forgive me boys but for a macrolineless marker, the air travels through hoses internally right? Um, where's the internal hoses?

there are no internal hoses. the air passageways are milled into the body like bob long guns.

lol its ok he means no harm. hes our resident troll.
as for the gun, its honestly not much different than a g4 with out macroline. the reg is basically the same and the bolt just has a couple holes in it to lower the OP by like 10psi. my spec-r with the stock bolt was running at 185 psi when i got it. the board seems like its the same as the previous one with one minor change.

Won't those holes eliminate the bolt stick caused by lube on the bumper?

The ANS vid says the G5 operates at 180 PSI. The G4 operates around 200 PSI, and around 150 with the TechT HE bolt. The bolt of the G5 has additional holes that the G4 doesn't have. So assuming the 20 PSI reduction between stock G4 and stock G5 comes solely from the change in the bolt, both should shoot pretty much the same with the TechT HE bolt, right?
