Just unscrew the cap on the asa a little and that will let your hpr adjuster come out a little more to get your pressure down some.

Kind of dead around here for the last couple of days. So, I'll ask a question or two I've been wondering about.
I've been out of paintball for a few years and am wondering if some of the technology on the ZR1 is new to the paintball world. Has anyone done an LPR inline with the bolt before?
Also, the trigger pivot is ingenuous. Two little pinch screws that hold the inner race of the bearing. Absolutely no side to side play and the trigger can never rub on the side of the opening and slow it down. It will always stay centered. Great idea. I don't think I've seen or heard of this before. I cannot wrap my brain around how other high end guns put no thought or effort into the triggers. My Clone VX is an amazing gun in every area, but the stock trigger feels like something that should have come on a Spider. It can't be a money issue. Cole's set up isn't more expensive than the normal crappy pin that is too small for the bearings that fit loose in the crappy feeling trigger. There is no reason there should be an aftermarket trigger for a gun that cost over $400 unless you just want a different shape. There should be no other need for it. It should feel like a ZR1 or Quest out of the box. This is a pet peeve of mine as you can tell.
Here is more of a comment rather than a question. Another great idea is to have a magnet up in the frame to attract the screw in the front/top part of the trigger. I know this isn't new. The Quest was set up like this. Most magnet set ups are opposing with the magnet in the back of the trigger and the other in the grip frame. But having the strongest pull of the magnet at the beginning of the trigger pull makes a better trigger feel. It feels snappier and livelier. When you use opposing force with the magnets behind the trigger, the force increases as you pull the trigger. It makes it feel kind of sluggish in comparison. I used to mod my guns back in the day like this if I could instead of the usually easier way to do it with opposing magnets behind the trigger where the spring usually sits. People thought I was nuts gluing magnets on the solenoid of my Marq and Freestyle.

the lpr is a completely new design no one has done that before
trigger isn't a new idea but was previously a mod people had done not in production
as far the magnet mod i will always prefer a spring over magnets just cuz i like the stronger trigger pull.. a lot of times i can get kinda crazy on the trigger in uncapped semi if i don't have a strong enough trigger pull

I've been using magnets like these. Insanely strong.

I like a very strong spring or magnet too. These things are nuts.

finally got to play with the zr1 today for a game. The weather was crappy, 36 degrees and snow. It shot awesome with only a few barrel breaks due to fsdo, and left a ball in the barrel. The only issue I had with the marker was first shot drop off, but I think it has something to do with the weather.
This is a great gun, and is very accurate. Thumbs up for such a great design.

when you lave bad cold weather you need to make sure you lube your marker fresh before play just thin layer will do you.. also make sure it is a thinner lube so that is doesn't get all gooped up
