16, 5'-6" not close to fully grown. Good park skier, been in it for a little while. All mountain and glades however I am much better at since I've done it for so long.
Stratton skiing sucked so hard so far, maybe a better day today.
If you're looking to do more park, I'd go with the Afterbang, probably in a 166. If you're looking for something for all-mountain, maybe the prophet 90 or 98. This years K2 Kung Fujas is a bit wide (102), especially if you are newer to skiing, but if you can find an older pair (2010) with the 95 underfoot, they would be pretty good for you as well. The Line Chronic would also be a good choice for everything with a 92 underfoot.

I'm very good at skiing, just newer at the whole park scene (second year or so doing it starting this season). I am definitely considering the size 166, just trying to decide what brand to go for and model of course. I'll go to the local shop and check the Afterbangs out, I used the one's last year and I was pretty content, a little bit on the heavy side in my opinion though.

You think the Marker Griffons would work?
People complain about the Griffons, but I've had a pair on my all over skis for 3 seasons now with no issues. They would suit you well

Sounds good, I'll keep you posted, I should be buying the skis in a few days (or weeks and what not) due to the fact that there are some great deals right now on skis that are only like 1-2 years older (brand new). It's ridiculous the prices you see amazing skis at
best of luck to ya. definitely get input from the techs at whatever shop you go to as well.
I'm procrastinating from doing real work, so I edited some clips from my Jay Peak trip last January. The video is still processing, so it probably won't be available for the next half-hour or so, but when it's done, enjoy!

Yeah unless the technology makes a difference, you can get skis from LAST year for like $200 off the original price, it's great.

+100 to you for actually using your poles instead of just turning and looking stupid holding them
Yea, they're super nice. I had the chance to try the first HERO, it was very good. I hear the newer ones are much better though, which is why i want to try it
