What's up guys?

I used to be one of the original guys of this sub-section with Spartan, Viking, Dake, twenty4/7, Andyallen (lol) and everyone else on another name. Can't really remember anyone else because that was in 2005-2006ish. It's been a LONG time.

I'm trying to spread the word about my transformation and help motivate others to change. I figured it would be a good idea to post it here and see if any of y'all need help with anything.

Talk about nostalgia. I should probably try to correct some of my past mistakes on this site when I screwed over a couple people. Things have changed.
