im curious as to why my pokemon fossil boxes were moved to the new/unused section, instead of the everything else area where i originally posted it. these are collectors items at this point, its the same as having an action figure still in its original plastic. these do lose a large amount of value if you remove the wrapping and of course are way less desirable. id appreciate a good explanation on this, because i really dont see how im breaking the new/unused bst rule here.

unused sure... new about 13 years ago lol like i said this is a collectors item as much as figurines/beanie babies/baseball cards/antiques etc. you remove the packaging then you destroy the value/collectibility.

Any other brand new item would need to be sold in the new section. This has happened with new/unused markers that are several years old as well. Your cards are no different.

im well aware of how it works with the markers/equipment. but this does not fall into that catagory. this is a collectable, and im sure you have collected things in the past as well. how do you like your collectables to be? as close to perfect as possible. these of course are as good as it gets. your restricting the amount of people who get to see the item by placing it in that category you have to stop stores from selling stuff at under msrp. obviously this has nothing to do with paintball equip or anything that is certainly "useable" at this point and time. hell i even bought gold ups for the damn thing....

We are not considering placing extra rules or exclusions to the new rules. Doing so requires that much more confusion on the users of trying to comprehend the already detailed rules. In addition it is more effort on our part to try and explain and update every exclusion.

If its new it has to be listed in the new forum unfortunately.

You can disagree with the rule but you cannot disagree that new is new. It doesn't mean age of product. It means condition of said item. 30 year old bottle of wine is new.

As far as I know refunds are not given for gold ups. You've used the gold ups for 3 days. An admin can disagree if they want.

see thats where we disagree again... a 30 yr old bottle of wine most certainly is not new. you guys need to spend a little more time in the everything else area i suppose then... i went through the first 5 threads and almost every single one had a "new" item by your terms in it.
and no i wont be searching through them for you to support a ridiculous rule. this is definitely one that needs to be amended.
