So Matt mentioned this a while back in the thread so I'll continue floating the idea..

Jerseys for 2013?

Jake said something about getting some custom **** done from Raza, which is an excellent company, but they are expensive as hell. My 2-cents is that while awesome, they are completely unneccessary. I have better stuff to spend my $$ on than jerseys...like playing paintball

Why not get some long-sleeves?

I have somebody that can screen, provide the shirts, and do it at a low price point. Hell, I can even do the artwork for them if need be...

Lockdown clothing is always an option too for fresh long-sleeves.

I like padding. Everyone and their brother uses padding and ****, and until they start regulating it, we are going to be at a disadvantage off the bat.
I get the whole "dont get shot and you wont have to worry about it", but I can wipe only so many times...
If we do go long sleeve, I say we break out the button ups and get them screen printed

How expensive are Raza jersys? I do not want longsleeves. I know Animal offers competitive pricing as well.

Padded ones are around $100 i think.

Yeah the Animal ones we had on Wicked sucked dick..they faded and ripped up pretty easy. I know they have made some changes to stay relevant in regards to Raza, HK, Style Supply, etc, but I would guess they are still inferior.

And yes, Raza customs are gonna run $100/per...which also sucks dick..

I guess my OCD is kicking in on getting jerseys because I know, from lots of experience, that the design process and lead time can be a serious PITA.

IMHO, January would be the dealine to have a final design done and a head count for how many jerseys we need done, to get jerseys by March.

I haven't looked into this in detail, but does Raza have to do the design work or can we do the design work? I work with a lot of designers and I may be able to get one of them to pick it up freelance for cheap-ish. I will try to look into the Raza details when I have some free time.

Raza will do the work, or you can provide your own, for the fully custom jerseys @ 100$/per.

Sending Raza your own design is whatever your design guy charges, Raza's guy charges a $200.00 fee, which is not much divided by x amount of people.

There is a $300 design fee for custom artwork, and they will charge you extra if your own artwork isn't up to par..

So just go through Raza then. I know you can give their guy details as to what you want and he does some pretty good work... and agreed, a giant Bald Eagle is all that is needed.

Ok, to get this jersey thing going again...

When I tried to think of what embodies 'Murica and Xcape best I think of freedom, NASCAR, beer, guns, and unrealistic expectations of the female body...all of these themes I incorporated into this sketch, enjoy!

I think we would serve 'Murica and Xcape well by displaying this on our 2013 jerseys.

Thoughts?
