Just wondering if it was possible to have the search function be able to search ONLY keywords.

Example:
Google.com and search: Breast cancer SLP
(That will net you a long list of sites relating to anything containing any of those words)

HOWEVER, if you do:
"Breast cancer SLP" - That will only bring you to sites that have those three words in them.

Any chance that we can get a function like that or does the domain not allow that?

Use the google site search of PBN and use the Queries you already used. PBN uses the vB softwares search and it would be VERY tough to change.
