Does Ego11 price drop mean Ego12 is close
This is the second price drop for the Ego11. Yes I know they just came out with the DART up-grade, but usually PE price drops mean a new one is around the corner. just saying...

NO EGO12 will be coming out instead the new EGO S will be coming out for XMAS, this gun will be the same platform of the CSL but with the Dart Kit and Cure 4 Bolt included.

Ego s will be a waist of a marker and cash. If its the same, then mr.wood said they look foward and not looking back at the things they have already landed. Just like the cf tips. So what's the whole point of the same Platform from a Csl and dart bolt....?!?!?
The year is over and why come up with a new ego s when next year a brand new ego can be out.
I'm just saying cuz its a wait of cash on my end when nothing good can change the Csl...well only if they do macro-less markers.

Ego-S I thought was the new color schemes, such as "atlantic". The ego11 being the original schemes like combat2. They call it the ego-s cuz it's the same as the ego11, just updated reg piston o-ring and brass reg bottom......
I heard nothing about it being a CSL platform.... And the dart kit is a updated cure4 bolt wi a weighted insert.... And if it included a cure4 bolt, you would have to swap out the poppet in order to use the regular cure4 bolt.....
So where did you hear this? If I'm wrong, please tell me. If your right then, that's a awesome deal..... |

False.
The EgoS is simply what we currently refer to the Ego11 as.
EgoS=Ego11
Ego11=EgoS
The DART kit is not included as standard with any current Ego. It is an Aftermarket accessory to be purchased seperately.

I never said one was coming out before Christmas. I just said price drops by PE mean a new one is coming. So much negetivity. Jack Wood does not usually come out and say a new marker is about to be released anyways. And as for all you guys saying every two years; well pre orders for the Ego11 started Sept. 2010. Now its Nov 2012 so I may not be the best at math, but I am pretty sure that is two years...

Well I have a Geo2.1 and I love it, I just wish it was better on air. I don't feel the the 3 is that much more improved for air to make the jump. I have an Ego11 which is great as well and good on air, but I find it quiet lound. So I am hoping the next Ego will be quieter. So yes I am interested in getting the next ego if it is quieter. In my experience the Ego11 needs no other real improvements except the quiet issue. Though I am sure the PE| boys will make other improvements regardless...

They'll release a new Ego when significant enough (and field tested/proven) changes are ready to be implemented.
Planet doesn't try to pump out markers anymore. They release the best they've got when the time is right.
