What to do (trade going bad)?

A user with the name ByTheWay440 PM'd me about a shocker I had listed. We worked out a trade, his ego 7 for my shocker. We were going to ship same day.

I shipped and sent him the tracking info, that was last monday (11/19/12). He still has not shipped the ego and he got the shocker friday 11/23/12.

He will not post in the thread just PM and text.

He is still texting me but is not saying he will ship the ego just keeps saying "well I dont have time".

What do I do? I live 9 and 1/2 hrs away from him so I really dont want to drive there.

He will not pick up the phone when I call as of today he will not even text back.

I sent him a PM asking him to explain what is going on.

For now, I would make a post in the theft report section. Take a look at the theft report guide for info on what should be included.

I filled out complaint forms with all the links provided in section 6 and will be calling the FTC tomorrow. I am also going to contact my local police department tomorrow. I will send all information to you as soon as I have it.
