Why does the video say stock if you are running 120% more than stock boost

Because it is stock. I didn't change anything, and I'm not running anywhere near 120% more boost. I'm running 16 instead of 12, which is 4lbs more or 33%.

The car has the stock turbo, intercooler, BOV, wastegate, clutch, tune and injectors. It even has the stock exhaust. There are no power adders or upgraded components. I can always just raise the preload on the wastegate to get to 16lbs but its easier to change up and down with an adjustable valve.

So it's not stock.

Yes it is stock. The boost was raised, but I didn't change any parts to do it. I can take the ABC off and make the same boost, this is just easier to turn down when I want less. All the original, stock parts are still in place on the car.

Stock is a vehicle that has its original parts. This is a vehicle that has its original parts. If your car can't run any more than the preset boost, I'm sorry. Mine can. The preset boost was not set because of its ability to handle power, it was set because most drivers do not have the ability to handle the power.

A Mk4 TT Supra makes 276hp while a Mk4 N/A Supra makes 220hp. So either Toyota did the same thing that Dodge did and dropped the boost way down, or the twin turbo cars suck balls because they only pick up 46hp with the addition of two turbos and intercoolers.

Trolls will troll I guess.

By your standards, any car that has had its oil changed and tires rotated are no longer stock. Also apparently 16psi is 120% more than 12psi.

Thread was just showing paintballers a cheap and easy way to put a manual boost controller on their car. ST:A is almost useless now. There are less than a dozen trolls that ruin every single thread, and those little pieces of trash never get banned. I reported about 20 troll posts and I get banned. Mods seem to be trolling as much as the trolls.

Well stock means stock. Stock does not mean altered it means it is equipped with parts that are not oem. I am not trolling I was making a statement

MK4 TTs were heavily underrated from the factory under the Gentlemen's agreement. Many stock dyno graphs show 280+hp at the wheels...

It was never about the mod its all about the boost. Going from 10-12 PSI to 16 PSI makes you not stock. And nothing on my car is stock.....

And changing tires and radio would obviously make a car not stock....
