In good shape. Comes with two backs, one short tactical tip, 10 inserts, and case. Inserts are the following:

.679 - - - .691
.682 - - - .693
.684 - - - .695
.687 - - - .697 (SS)
.689 - - - Reball

One back is 98 threaded and the other is A5/X7 threaded. The smaller bore inserts are in good shape while the larger ones have probably went unused. The .682 and .684 each have a small mark in them. Total length measures 10".
