I envy you in a way. Food is a huge part of my budget. I have a little time to kill before class so im at a 99s for some beer snd wings. $23 for 2 tall beers, cup of chowder, and a small ofder of gold fever wings. After tip its a $30 lunch. Decent amount of food, but $15? Damn...maybe i should try cutting my food budget down.

I hope at least some of you have had good sushi. The fish is fresh (caught that morning), the chef speaks Japanese, and the flavors are awesome. The closest thing I've had to that in the south was buying pre-made sushi rolls at Walmart near Ft. Polk, LA. I spit it out and threw it out.

I was there for a month, and I gained 10 pounds. We could not find a healthy place to eat, other than sandwiches at Walmart. Honestly, no matter what people say to me, I will never have an appreciation for the Deep South, and I will always view the west coast as superior living/eating conditions.

If you are referring to a sushi restaurant in this country you are being duped.

you wouldn't weigh what you do if you didn't eat much. i wasn't even able to eat half a waffle this morning. it's the first time i have had breakfast in at least six months.

No you don't understand. It is illegal to serve fresh fish as sushi. Must be frozen for a minimum of seven days before being served raw. As it should be. The parasites that you find in most raw fish....

I realize that I fit the mold, but believe me when I say I don't. I pull my own weight. I've probably worked more in the last year than all of you and made far less, but that's okay. I understand why and I understand it will always be like that.

I would honestly starve to death before I would accept food stamps. I realize that some people legitimately need it and I'm okay with that, I'm just far to stubborn to accept it myself.

I don't lie in any of my posts about my life. I may have exaggerated things when I first started this account but I was a lot younger and less mature. Not everyone grew up in suburbia like most of the country likes to believe (not directing at you, btw.) and honestly, my kind are a dying breed. I'm a hard working, blue collar, American.
