I was walking to lunch a few months ago wearing Auburn gear and some guy turned and yelled O H at me. I was like dude, this is Alabama, wtf.

This used to be one of the best places for talking football. It feels weird to say that now.

I'm struggling to remember the last time you discussed football. Maybe you discussed it a little right before LSU beat you at home. Hard for me to remember.

Fine. Be that way. I'll just have to go all beast mode on the thread AGAIN.
The disclaimer is still in my sig. I don't think either #1 or 2 did anything significant or epic to jump my dominance.
But alas, I will regain my throne.

Peyton has tons of hidden gems of posts that almost no one notices.

I wouldn't say they would very likely beat Notre Dame. Their receivers aren't good enough to take advantage of our secondary. We would play ball control and make them be efficient or they'd be out of the game early.

Yeah, I'm a member on this one pro wrestling forum. They have a live chat for all the PPV events. I almost got banned for calling some guy a *****.

Any attempt to get serious discussion rolling is will never take. Not anymore.
Even during realignment no one gave two ****s. Or believed me.

i feel like sometimes we can have very good discussions in here when everyone comments and doesn't immediately resort to troll mode. But i can't comment on how it used to be way back, because i've only been posting in this sub for a few years.

Bama should just renovate Legion Field and go back to playing their games there.
Also, an LSU fan would know about losing to Bama at home.

Speaking of realignment, what are everyone's thoughts on the new Big 10 members? I can see the Maryland addition. They get access to the DC market and a school that fits with the academic identity of the conference. I don't see the Rutgers addition though. Yeah they fit academically, but they are a joke in the only two sports that matter, and there's no way that Rutgers is going to do anything for them in the New York market.

Two more auto wins for the upper tier ummm was going to say teams but it seems there's only one decent team in that entire conference at the moment.

So is the ACC officially dead yet? Wonder what FSU is thinking about their decision to spurn the SEC for the ACC right about now.

In terms of a business decision, it makes all the sense in the world.
In terms of competitiveness and bringing the B1G more in line with the SEC, it's a clear step in the wrong direction.

Money is always the deciding factor in conference realignment. It's why we added who we did for their TV markets.
