I've used both and prefer the ifit to the freak.

I think you should wait for the combo barrel system coming as a joint effort from those companies. It's called iFreak.
I keed I keed. Listen to these guys here. They are good for stuff like this.

Dye barrels, Furious Barrels, Lucky Barrels, Lurker Barrels, CP barrels are all good choices. Ive been using the DYE boomstick for a while and its very nice but it cost alot more than the others. Lucky, Lurker and CP can all be had for about $40 and work great. Ive used all of them and still own a lucky and lurker barrel. they are different bore sizes than my dye just incase i run smaller or bigger paint.
your best bet is to pick up a .685 lucky or cp 1pc barrel (or lurker .684). Chances are it will fit your paint much better and it wont hurt your wallet much.

Be sure to grab some of his grease for only $7! Its good stuff and your g4 will love it. make sure to grease your bolt before you start playing and maybe even half way through the day if you plan on shooting more than a case of paint.

the only down side to the freak kit is that the inserts aren't always perfect... i'm thinking of switching to the iFit myself, but i like the longer control bore of the freak.

Get both Lurkers and be done! Between the 2 lurkers and stock, you'll be able to handle pretty much anything.
As has been stated, the freak inserts have been iffy, however the stainless steel ones have reported better measurements.

Search Disruptive barrels. Some of the best barrels for the money on the market now. They offer 2 different 2 piece barrels, one with an 8 inch control bore.
