But yeah, I've had that same concern. I could see him wanting a new challange. But then, he's no spring chicken and might not want to start over. He might be thinking about his legacy and challenging to be among the greatest coaches of all time. Stay at Bama another 10 years and win 10 to 12 games a year with a few more championships and he's in that mix.
Plus, Terri really likes Tuscaloosa.

If he stays in college football I think he could become GOAT, but there's a lot of NFL teams looking with situations that aren't near as bad as Miami was so who knows. I hope that short bastard leaves and doesn't look back.

I can't imagine him going back to the pros. What sets Nick apart in college is his ability to evaluate talent, recruit, and then get those kids to buy into his process. The pro game neutralizes all of that. In the NFL you have to be a better Xs and Os guy. And that's not really his deal.
