Don't wanna resurrect a dead thread but......
Bought the dart kit and I found it noticeably smoother, however, very inconsistent!!! All setting stock and its on a CSL and eats air like mother!!

Any one else have this issue?? Prior to install my CSL was +/- 3 and I could get 9 pods and a full rotor off a 68/4500 now it's like +/- 20 and only 6-7 pods and a rotor...


Any advise on fixing this problem at all? Recommended settings and the like..

Ledz did it so one would have to bloody well hope so but it's not that hard lol

It doesn't sound like it was very efficient to start with. 9 pods on a 68/45 isn't right
But just swapping the DART kit shouldn't make it any less efficient. It should make it slightly better with stock settings, and a noticeable increase if you tuned it accordingly.
There are several well written threads on tuning solenoid and dwell on here. DART kit will tune the same

i installed DART KIT and know i cant get the gun to shoot above 240 FPS any ideas???? my noid settings are 3and 7 all other settings are stock help plz!!!

make sure you have the valve in the right way................

I would have about 1000psi left after this so it was very efficient lol... Now I'm left with about 500psi

Came across this installing mine today. Got the old one out went to install new one and thought "oooh bugger." Took a guess, nailed it. Dropped solenoid setting back to 3/6 (first time adjusting them from new) over the chrony and it was punching out 310-320 from solid 290's.

a similar situation happened to me, when I installed my kit, I did not have any fps jump, and the gun became terribly inconsistent. after day or 2 playing the gun would not shoot over to 240. so I removed the dart kit and completely overhauled the reg. chrono'd the gun to 290, and reinstalled the dart kit. everything is now good and gun with shooting over 310.

I think coincidentally my reg needed to be rebuilt when I installed the kit.

I bought my EGO11 new and dropped the DART kit into it straight away.

Almost 4 boxes into it and it is starting to feel smoother. When I first took the EGO11 out, I didn't like it. Didn't feel as smooth as a GEO2.1 - I know, going to be hard to beat that!

After the last case, it was feeling better. I am running it at 1/7 on the valve settings.

Probably still needs a few more cases through her before she is bedded in.

BTW I'm not trying to flame the DART kit in any way cause it is damn smooth and P.E is awesome, was just looking for some tips

Personally I would reset it back to stock on the solenoid and run about 6-8 more cases before fine tuning. This way your break in the orings nicely. Once it broken in, it'll come real damn close to feeling like your Geo2.1. Mine does.

I through the dart in my ego 11 and noticed amazing performance right away. Shot about a case and a half with 5500 psi. Sounds a lot different and is Definently smoother as well. All settings are still stock, haven't even fine tuned her yet.
