the only thing i can think of is that there's a ****-load of dow55 in the noid because there was a bunch in the LP hose (that i replaced). it also helps to read what others have posted and to use the search feature.

Wow, little aggressive aren't we? It has happened before with people, so don't get all hissy fit on me. For all I know you did put it in backwards. It was just a SUGGESTION/IDEA. Not to mention Gamer suggested to see if it was on straight, not necessarily backwards. And I'll admit that I skimmed over what he said and misunderstood. Anyway, you asked for help and we are giving input in return. Relax I won't interfere anymore. Hope it gets resolved.

At field last weekend and kids mini kept jamming. I walked over, and asked if him to show me the return spring. Yep in backwards the smaller end kept catching the bolt when it was returning to allow a new ball. My super powers of deduction (No). Did the same thing showing my daughter how to clean her mini. So + 2 on people who put one way springs in wrong.
Haha

yeah but the spring on the mini is completely different. its a lot harder to see which end is smaller than the other on the mini's spring. the g6r's poppet spring i more cone shaped so its pretty obvious which side is what. also the the smaller end can only go one way and that is sitting on the poppet.

i think your problems are the gauges are not reading the exacts pressures, this happened to me when i switched my gauges for lagers ones, they wasn't reading the exact same pressure of the stock ones that come with the tester, example:
larger gauges was 72psi, then when i switched back to the stock one was reading 56psi, almost a 16psi difference, that's why i just keep using my stock gauges on the tester...

That's why most of us swap the stock gauges for Ashcroft gauges. The stock gauges are notoriously inaccurate.
