I know you can buy these, but i wanted to try to do it myself.
I started buy drilling the center out to 3/4", then i put a piece of Delron for a spring guide.I pressed it in, and then put it in the bridge port and started taking the weight off. Before i started it was 153.5 Grams, now it is 92.0Grams..So im hoping it will give me a faster Cycle rate with more BPS. I know its not theTecht Hush bolt, but if this works i will be making one out of Ti. This is for my A-5 W/ a H.E. trigger.
