Is my tank out of hydro?
Not completely sure how to tell

See the 05/06 on the left thats the date and a tank has 5year hydro so its out by a year

Yes, if it doesn't have a retest certificate elsewhere on the bottle it expired 04/2011 and needs retested. Some of the Procaps tanks had a 3 year hydro as well, but either way this one is in need of testing.

Alright thanks, I got it used from an out of business shop. Didn't get ripped off I only bought it for 30. Still pretty good deal.

Yea and rehydroing costs anywhere between $20-$30 usually depending upon where you go to get it rehydroed and where you live so overall I think you got a good deal there

Great deal for $30. You can send it to ninja paintball for a hydro and a reg swap and basically have a brand new setup for cheap.
