ok first hook your fingers in this position

then for 30 seconds PULL AS HARD AS YOU CAN WITH BOTH HANDS but make sure your fingers stay interlocked! do not move your hands’ positions or else it won’t work. after the 30 seconds are up stop pulling and unhook your fingers BUT DO NOT STRAIGHTEN THEM. keep them bent in the same way for another 30 seconds. when those 30 seconds are up, straighten your fingers as slowly as possible.
