Well that was stupid of them. If they had cut you back 3 more hours, they could have dropped your health insurance and totally avoided the ObamaCare penalty. Maybe they're just doing it in steps.

Health insurance? Lol there's no way.
The only jobs in WV that offer health care are with mining company's.
It doesn't matter if your full time or anything no other jobs offer insurance here.

The Affordable Care Act requires companies with more than 50 employees to offer health insurance to all employees that work 30 hours or more a week. So, under your current schedule, you'll be working 32 hours. In 2014 your company will be required by law to provide you with health insurance or pay a $3000 fine per person.
Chances are, they're going to cut your hours below 30 to avoid the fine. You can thank Obama and DMC for that.
