A little but not really. Dawson's recruitment was pretty shady and Gary Harris is a legacy that Painter didn't start recruiting till like his senior year.
I don't fault him for Dawson really, but Harris I do.

you just need to say the name izzo and people flock to him. he is one of the best recruiters in the game and easily one of the best coaches.

I am obviously biased but I think last years coaching job after the Morris twins et al. left was one of the best of all time. OF ALL TIME!

yea almost everyone will put izzo at their number 2 active under coach K. plus he just beat Self so mcweh izzo > *
only reason i said Cal was because of his recruiting and that he actually got a bunch of jack *** 17-18yr old kids to play like a cohesive unit
Patino and Brad Stevens are on my short list too. i guess billy donovan as well even though i hates him (sour grapes)

Just guessing, but I would say Cal has the most wins since being at UK also.
also karl towns Jr is going to announce his commitment December fourth. he may also reclassify to the 2014 or 2013 class

His leading choices are Duke, Florida and Kentucky. I know he really loves Florida, and UF was suppose to be the school he loved as a kid.
Calipari did say today he expects one or two more to commit to UK for next year. Also, all 5 current commits signed their LOI's today. |
