Yes. Without legs you can't lift anything unless you're sitting.

I honestly haven't worked out in over 2 years. I'm 5'7" 126.6 pounds. I was 2.5% body fat according to these electronic bmi things. Now I'm about 6% bf and disgusted with myself.

I had good quads from cycling then I moved to mtn biking when I moved out here to my dads last december and now I sit on my computer 9 hours a day unless on with my girlfriend.

I'm gonna start working out again. Mainly chest and back to even out my tiny pecs with huge triceps.

Otherwise, I just do chest and arms. Legs come from tennis/skiing/paintball.

I could do arms for hours, I love all the different workouts for them but I'm tired of have big arms and a tiny chest
