5/10 everything around him is in focus, except for him. Also not fond of the crop.

7/10 - Seems like the lens flare may be a bit much or maybe the contrast needs adjusted.

Tipsay- The lens flare is fine, it works. I would have liked to see it a bit more overexposed, but that's me. And it appears you focused on her scarf/dress, which is good yet bad. Good because it shows you're using your center focus point but bad because you didn't focus on her face, then recompose.
haywoodeee- Technically speaking, the photos alright. Viewing it in it's larger versions on Flickr shows that it's out of focus, and it's over sharpened. Content wise, it's a dog. Yes I understand, it's your dog which makes it important to you, but yeah. I give it a 4/10.

hmm.. its a super clean shot, looks to be a tad wet which i dig for some of the contrast and texture, but the location just stinks... the trees and plants growing out of the car kinda ruin it a little... i know its in the middle of the street tho, not something you can control... 6/10 dope car
from way back

8/10. The people gawking are distracting (not your fault), as is that half a tree on the left and the sign that looks like a super size cup sitting on the roof.
edit: apparently I'm too slow at this posting thing.

Mosh: there's no main focal point. ok, we get it, it's a Veyron. but your eye needs something to be attracted to. 4/10
igotbanned: i feel as if there needs to be more to it. for example, what is she looking at? 6/10

7/10 The flare is distracting to me but clean cute photo. maybe try toning down the washed out sky a bit, but good photo none the less.

I really like the way the car sharply contrasts with the fall colors and overcast sky. It really pops out at you. Though I think it's a really nice photo, it didn't quite take my breath away, so I'll give it an 8/10.

2/10 - half his/her face is black, you focused on his butt, try to set up the scene, its just a snap shot of your dog chillin. Colors/vibrance are okay
dont remember if i posted this one, inside NCARs C130 (National Center for Atmospheric Research)

7.5 Not like I know anything about photography, just don't like the shot. Took this today, first try with my t2i. R/C jet.

I think that you're supposed to base the rating off of the quality of the photograph, not on if you like the subject or not. It originally frustrated me on post #83 where I just got a score and in #98 where you just said "I dont have much to say". I just want to improve. For instance, on your picture, I would rate it a 6.5/10, because I am unsure what you're focusing on. If it is supposed to be her eye, which seems like a popular focal point for most animals, then maybe crop in a little so its just his / her face in the picture. If it was supposed to be the entire dog, maybe back up and zoom out some, and get a little deeper depth of field so its all in focus. Good looking pooch tho!
Just to stay on topic...

I don't know what you are focusing on, but that is freaking gorgeous. I love the how all the colors come together, yet there is the contrast of texture between the water and clouds.
