LB is a pretty shill guy. When he accidentally broke it he had offered me if wanted a refund but I declined. But now that its later I might take him up on it.

...and so it begins...
Funny thing, I've never actually installed an R/T before.

Its easier than hell. I had to remove mine when I refurb'd my A5.
Im thinking of buying some more swivel fittings and like a 14" braided hose so I can revert my M98 to a bottomline without having to remove the side ASA. Believe it or not taking the block on and off is a *****, my holes were off by a hair so the fit tight. I literally have to install the mounting rods with a hammer.

Well, that was the biggest waste of an hour and a half of my life. The R/T doesn't even work on my A-5 (300psi operating pressure, not 350psi).
I thought a few tools would work. I ended up bringing out my tool box and bag. I had to widen a hole for a fitting to fit. I hate that ****. Now I have clean this ****ing mess up.
Metal shavings everywhere. Cleaned that **** up. Oil everywhere. Parts nasty as **** now. Hands slipping. Broke my metal file. Hoses being a PITA. Finally get everything sorted out. **** doesn't even ****ing work. I moved the adjuster to both ends of travel with no effect.
****
Back to the e-grip, I guess.

In order to get it to work, I'd have to raise the operating pressure... which I don't want to do.

Thats one of the problems with RTs. I probably could have told you that. Tots forgot you had an LPK on it.

Been there done that years ago on one of my 98s I tried making low pressure before the LP kit came out.

They have LP hoses (1/8") specifically for this but I'm guessing my pressure is just WAY too low. I could feel the piston contacting the trigger. It just wasn't enough force to reset it.
Sucks to suck, I guess.

Actually, I think the QEPH is the problem. It might vent enough air early in the cycle from the lines to remove the pressure needed for the piston...
Stupid QEPH. It's caused more problems than I've needed.

Could always try a stock housing, or wrapping your QEPH in some electrical tape tightly. That should prevent your air from escaping.

Yup, tomorrow. Too bad I cut the return spring. I wanted to see if I could hit 26bps successfully again.

I need to swap my hammer spring, I think I put a LP one in by accident. Silly me.

Lol. I think I have the lightest spring in mine. I know it's green. Do you think I could go much lower than 300?

I found my spring pack the other day and am thinking of putting one in along with a new detent and a lapco rear velocity adjuster I found.

The RVA would be nice. I never liked the idea of disturbing the air to control fps.
