Do any of you guys wear a cup when playing? I feel like i've never seen much about it, but that's the sort of thing that everyone does. I saw some crazy pictures of what can happen if you take a nut-shot...

I have also been shot there and it is no fun.

I would but I do not like the loss of mobility. And I know that its not a lot of mobility but still.

I would recommend wearing one.

Yup. I wear slider shorts that have pads along the thigh and place for a cup, I think they were made for baseball. It's annoying at first, but after about 30 minutes you don't notice it anymore.

No cup here. I wear Empire Sliders that have some padding. What I've found is that most newer (08+) paintball pants are thick enough that you don't really feel it. Just with the way they ride, they seem to get taunt which lets them act as a shield to your testicles. I could be the only one with this experience though...

ya know, that's kind of what I was thinking. Good to see there's some consensus on this. Just because i started this thread, I'm going to get nailed there on saturday

I wear one. All my stuff is a bit older, but I use compression shorts under my pants that have a pocket for a cup.

i got shot in the beans when i first started playing. wore a cup a few times after that. i think the pain of being shot there can be dealt with a little bit better than diving into a snake and getting the edges of the cup shoved around, overall its just to uncomfortable for me to. i would recomend one though.

my Dye slider shorts have a built in pecker protector. I also wear my pants slightly oversized to get more bounces in the crotchal region. never with a hard cup tho.

Had a guy that used to play with us that wore trackpants, with a full on jock strap over theOUTSIDE of his pants

Was thinking about the Dye slider shorts as well. How about the Eclipse Shorts. How do the sizes run.

I have never worn a cup or have wanted too. My PE pants have padding there. Just wear slider shorts as mentioned above.
