Game: Battle for Middle Earth







Teams:

There will be two teams. First team will be the Orcs they will fight from the hill, Fort Mordor. The other team will be the Humans they will fight from Helmsdeep, the fort next to the city in the woods.



Objectives:

Get to the opponents fort and capture their RING and return it to your fort with out being hit. That team will receive one point for each time.



Game play:

There will be 3 corridors linking up the two forts. One will be through the Mines of Moria. Another will be through the Forest of Fangorn. The last corridor will be through the city of Condor. Along the way you will find respawn stations on each of the routs. Each team can control them by raising there flag, once done any team member way then respawn there until that station is taken by the other team.

Wizardland Paintball in Western Kentucky.

For rec players that want to try tournament paintball. The idea is to concentrate on simply having fun playing paintball. We want more people out at the fields wherever that may be. So to generate interest we are holding this for anyone that doesn't have any serious competitve paintball experience, for those that play casually, or those who have never played at all!

3man format. $25 a person. you can bring your own paint or there will be a small amount for sale.

If you have any questions you can pm me or go to the ky -wizardland forum and post there. Also if you don't have enough players let me know we have several interested that don't have enough.

Come out. i=It will be a great experience with a laid back crew that will be there to help, teach, and have fun with you!

• Xball field will be used.
• The field surface is turf.
• All divisions will be using PSP ramping rules (12.5 bps).
• SEPS rules will be used for all divisions.
• Play both 3-man and 5-man and save $50 on paint.
• Play 3-man or 5-man and get Top gun entries 1/2 off
• Semi-finals and finals will be done as follows for all divisions: up to 8 teams, 4 teams advance to round-robin finals; 9 to 12 teams, top 2 teams go to finals 3rd-6th play round-robin to advance to finals; 13-16 teams, 8 teams advance to semi-finals then 4 to finals; 17 or more, top 4 team advance to semi-finals, 5th-8th advance to ocho-finals then 4 to semi-finals.
• Since we must use white fill paint, any equipment used that has enough white on it to hide hits needs to taped enough so hits can be easily seen.
• Spectators entry is $5 per day or $10 for weekend.

3-man, Friday, Nov. 19th-6pm (25 team max)

• 8 game minimum
• 4 minute time limit

D5 (all players): Entry-$120, Prizes-Trophies
D3 (All players): Entry-$210, Prizes-$100 of each D3 entry is divided 50/30/20 for 1st-3rd, working on additional items, Medals.

5-man, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 20-21st (40 team max)

• 8 game minimum
• 5 minute time limit

Open Pump(One D1/Pro player allowed): Entry-$200, Prizes-Trophies
D5(One D4 player allowed): Entry-$200, Prizes-Trophies
D4 (One D3 player allowed): Entry-$300, Prizes-$150 of each Novice entry is divided 50/30/20 for 1st-3rd, working on additional items, Medals.

Open (One Pro/D1 player allowed): Entry-$350, Prizes-$250 of each Open entry is divided 50/30/20 for 1st-3rd, working on additional items, Medals.

Top Gun, Saturday, Nov. 20th-8pm (first 20)
Entry-$40, Prize-75% of entries to winner and Trophy

• 8 game minimum
• 2 minute time limit

Field Paint Only - Custom paint for $60 a case, or pre-pay by Nov. 14th for $50. Call 270-792-6246

Pre-registration (paid in full and non-refundable) must be done by Nov. 15th. Pay by November 1st to get a discounted rate. After that, entry goes up $10 per player until the 8th and $20 per player until the 14th. Last call is Sunday, Nov. 14th by midnight. No entries will be taken after this point.

Band of Brothers Paintball is hosting a 3 man tournament event on June 30th to raise donations for Terry Lanham. Terry is a close friend of mine, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. He is a longtime baller; and has been a driving force for keeping Band of Brothers up and running. As you all know, paintball in Kentucky is a close-knit community, and one of our own needs our help. Let’s do what we do best, shoot some faces, have some good times, and raise some money for a d#mn good cause.

Wizardland tourney Sat October 13!!!!!!

Wizardland presents The Chuck Mayo Memorial Amateur 3 Man Tournament.This is going to be a 3 man tourney to raise money for charity in honor of Chuck Mayo from 32NV fame; Chuck was also the owner of West KY paintball.Chuck helped Rooster get Wizardland operational and loved to bring new players into the sport. We want to continue to do this and help our good buddy Rooster.Chuck was a great man,fierce competitor, and tremendous activist/promoter of our wonderful sport known as Paintball. Chuck did so much for this sport and many of us including Rooster.*Rooster has been working hard to make this happen and we need to support him and this worthy cause. So that means call your friends, form a team, and come output and have some fun with us for a great cause!!!

Entry fee will be $100 per team. Medals will be awarded for top 3 teams.Captains meeting will be at 8 am and the tournament will begin at 9am.Co2 and Compressed air avail at field.
