Where's the panhandle paintball support?

I'm looking for some paintball in the panhandle and I can't even find a pro shop? Am I missing something?

Unfortunately all of FL is pretty hit or miss with paintball nowadays.The areas that are still busy, are just that... but everything else seem's dead :/
Also most peoples financial situation's aren't fit for the sport either

Is it any good? I saw one speedball field it looked like from the road. How much traffic does it get? Decent turnouts? I'm heading to Hudson next weekend to ball with a buddy from Jersey.

Depending on the weekend, About 15 for speedball(Sunday) and woods around 35(sat) but either way I recommend you come out friendly people and staff

PC Katana also has a private field in Panama City further East from Hurlburt Field.

I gotcha. If its what the area has to offer. I guess it's all relative to the local economy. I am really shocked that there is no pro shop anywhere. I have never been a big fan of mail order. I'll stock up on supplies while I am down south for thanksgiving. With a turnout of about 15, are there any local teams?

yea i live in tally and you have a field closer to you then i do, i am getting back into the sport and need to find a dedicated field as well, im split between, splatman, hurlburt, and blackwater....

Ft. Walton Beach Riptide is based out of Hurlburt Field, and we are currently to build our rosters for next season.

Hurlburt is a pretty solid field. Most of the guys who are out there play with Fort Walton beach Riptide. We travel to CFPS during the season and plan on hitting up other various tournaments throughout 2013. Like juggernaut said above riptide is looking to expand its roster. We are looking to build up on our D3 Rt4 and our D4 rt2 teams. There will be tryouts December 2nd. You should come out.

I used to travel up to 3 hours to get a scrimmage day in. I've never been lucky enough to be sponsored by a field that has been less than an hour away from my house. I don't mind traveling to different fields. We used to prefer it.

I am playing down south the weekend before to play with a buddy. I'll see what I can do to get out and throw some paint.

Gator was a great trip. I wasn't sure how it was gonna go but we had a great time. No air field but the rec fields were cool.
