Checked the FAQs on field websites, just curious do most of the fields (outdoor) allow the use of .68 caliber paintball pistols? With field paint of course.

Pistols always welcome at Action Packed, Splatball, and Air Assault. Only minor hiccup with pistols is how to get a barrel bag on them.

True, does secured via strap, or two stage strap, in a holster work? Thanks for the quick answer. I would hate to pull the "trigger" on a purchase and not be able to use it any where.

It's all about having an exposed barrel tip. If the holster completely covers the tip of the barrel and is fully closed (and hopefully reinforced), then you can usually get away with calling it a "barrel bag"... that happens to be strapped to your belt.

Otherwise you bag it like a normal gun.

Now some older pistol, like the classic PGP, are setup in such a way that most normal barrel bags won't fit. I've gotten special permission to use an old school plug on mine a few times, once I demonstrated that they properly fit. Though I will be finding an oversized barrel bag for mine for next season.

Makes sense, thanks, not something I have thought about before, just wanted to check.

You are 100% ok to use any and all pistols at MN Pro. A barrel bag is preferred, but if it's the barrel blocker that comes with say a TPX you are usually ok. If you have any questions regarding it feel free to call them at 952-892-1540 and they will get you squared away.

I have never had a field complain about any of my pistols in the area.
