To answer all of the questions in a nut shell - I have cleaned and taken apart the gun completely, have replaced all that I think would have been causing the problem, and have tried my battery on other house hold appliances and it (the battery) works.

The Problem:
After I turn on my Etha Marker and click the trigger I don't hear the gun shoot.

I have looked at the wires and they don't seem to be damaged in any way. To top it off, I haven't even pulled on the wires at all.

ps. I have tried it with and without paintballs in the gun.

I've had this paintball marker for almost 2-3 months now, and have taken it out to the field numerous time and it worked fine. I've cleaned it every single night after going and have up kept this gun like it was a prized treasure...so why is the gun refusing to work now?

Edit: After I turn it on and have the BBSS on or off I can hear it shoot once, and after clicking the trigger a second time and countless other times it won't click as if the marker was shooting.

Try a new brand name battery.

Bumper on the bolt guide clean and no lube at all on it?

Could you have turned the HPR down to low during the disassembly?

Are all of your settings (dwell) set to stock?

Could you have altered your trigger set up during disassembly?

Are you talking about with an air tank installed? If an air tank is not installed, the solenoid does not always click everytime. It has something to do with the solenoid design.

Yes it is perfectly normal. The solenoid works off a combination of electromagnetic drive and air assist (once gassed).
With a most of the solenoids, if you have a brand new battery that is a decent brand you will get the solenoid to click every time as the charge being supplied by the fresh battery is enough to drive the internal mechanism on its own. However, as the battery level drops even slightly, when there is no "air assist" in the solenoid the battery cannot fully drive the mechanism every time you pull the trigger. However once the air is on the gun the air assist and the battery combine to make sure the solenoid funtions perfectly.
