It's a paintball marker, not a gun...

It's a SP Ion with aftermarket body/frame, evil barrel, ASA and reg.

Still never understood why anyone would buy an aftermarket body/frame that didnt utilize the bolt-out-back design.

This gun was a personal project of the Chief Designer and the Engineer at "Lucky paintball".
It is one of two in this color scheme of black to gold fade. Less than a dozen total were made
(in all colors). The aluminum body and grip were designed by Element (Brett Benbow).

Lucky Paintball was dissolved after being bought by some English yobs. During it's life "Lucky"
made cutting edge barrels, eye's, bolts and boards (read Virtue) strictly for the Tournament player.
Gone now, but treasured by all who own their products.

This gun is electronically "all Lucky". Board, trigger, eyes, bolt, etc. The bolt tube is from an Ion.

The Reg is an "EVIL" detonater, as is the Asa.

It comes with a full set (5 sizes plus tip) EVIL barrel kit.

This gun is not for those who crave status by owning the "coolest" new gun, that the manufacturer made 2500 of.

This gun was hand built by guys who cared, using top components. It rips.

Knowing it has all aftermarket internals is a big plus. The gun will be great for him. The reason you'll see so much hate on ion's is because of the pain in the *** it can be just to lube the bolt. And its not super efficient. Those two things aside, the gun will definitely rip.
