I'm looking for a new toy. I know it won't be shot at a field that fast. I know I can't use it in play. I know it's a waste of paint. That's not what this gun will be about. I'm looking for something that is capable of 30+ bps (with say a qloader) or upper 20s with one of the faster modded halos. Clearly, settings, hopper capability, and regulator capability will come into play as well.

That aside, what specific setups have you seen/used that have shot a verified 30+bps? If not over 30, then right near it? I want a marker that makes me grin when I shoot it in the backyard/basement and that's about it. It doesn't have to be high end. I know mags can get there and I'm heading down that road currently as well but for this marker I'm looking for something electronic. It doesn't have to be anything other than dead fast.

Thoughts? Specific setups would help greatly, including any functional upgrades/changes done to the marker. I've seen a few ions with the light weight techt bolt and some other speed mods done get in the neighborhood of what I'm looking for. It seems some of the old DM line was pretty quick.

DM's will all be able to hit the 30 mark, Ego's (especially the Ego8 having the QEV block... the 9's got rid of the block and then the 10's had a longer cycle, so while the 9/10's are still capable of 28+ bps, the 8 will probably be the fastest.) Pretty much most all high-end markers can hit the 25+bps mark, key factors are that the eyes are functioning properly and you have a hopper to keep up with the gun.

You're gunna want to use a rotor/prophecy z2/spire for a hopper. Halo's are in the 20-22bps area... and while some have achieved higher rates with modded ones... they can still be inconsistent in feeding the balls properly and then you end up with 10 broken balls in your breech and paint oozing out of your eye sheilds.

EBlade Cockers are capable of that sort of speed, from what I've heard.

I believe they can cycle that fast, if you've got the finger rolling skills i dont see why not

They'll cycle at 52, but I don't think they can quite shoot paint that quick. I seem to recall it was somewhere in the 30's that it would do full cycles and shoot a ball.

The 07 MacDev Cyborg is the fastest gun I know of with paint.
