My friend wants to me join a powerlifting comp this Sunday and JUST told me. The past couple of days I've been training for hypertrophy, but my current stats:
146lbs.
Bench Press w/ shoulders feeling a little sore:
95 x 40
135 x 12
225 x 10
245 x 8
265 x 5
Deadlifts
450lbs x 1 (Baseline. Incorporating a new routine to improve my DL)
Squats
335 for reps (5+)

Yea, 210 for high reps would get a little crazy. I think I'll hit 40+ reps next time.

Anyway, my co-workers (Personal trainers) are looking to put together our own fun/friendly competition. It's based on your body weight.
Exercises:
-Bench Press (bodyweight to the nearest 5lbs)
-Wide Grip Pull-ups
-Standing Shoulder Press (50% of your bodyweight to the nearest 5lbs.)
-Chin-ups
-Dips
Should be interesting.
