Thinking about using these next season. They are a metallic grey with a neon green or high vis green. Do you guys think this will be ok or would it be to close to the protected colors?

even if it is a little bit more green than the picture you have a pro and a con the pro that they are cleats and not many shots happen in the feet con however its refs discretion if its a hit or not so if your playing the A or foot is hanging out dont get mad if you get pulled for it

I remember reading in the rules that if it's more than 20% of the protected color the item would be deemed illegal... Could be wrong, but if I am correct there is definitely more than 20% yellow....

Those cleats are sic they should through out that rule for msxl because more than one color of fill is used anyways. I could wear my yellow headband if the did.

From the 2012 PSP rulebook

9.1.2. Prohibited colors – any player/team found to be wearing clothing that may impede the judge’s ability to make a proper call, may be asked to remove such clothing.
