Post number 1900 by Mr stealthy shows some good results from someone who didn't believe it either. If you read around in that thread you will find similar results from people comparing other 2 piece barrels.
I myself will always use one now after having it for my Droid.

I had both: disruptive and furious among others.
Have compared the sound signature in a few guns: ego, geo, droid, etc.
It seemed to my ears that the disruptive balance was quieter than the furious.

Ill check it out at the field when you get one, never seen one before. Also I just got a new Sly Diesel kit (by mistake) through a warranty claim on my Sly Classic kit so I wanna do some shooting with that to see how it preforms.
Overall I would say the Disruptive Death Touch back with a PE Shaft 4 tip would be the best bet, 8" long control bore with 84 ports.

Death touch back + shaft 4 front looks (didn't measure) like it'd be around 13.5-ish.
Shaft 4 back + DT front came out to be ~14.25
The DT back seems to be shorter by 0.5, while the tip is longer by about an inch.
The death touch tip has 3 more rows of porting than the shaft 4 tip.

How well does the Shaft 4 tip fit on the Death Touch back? Is there any sort of gap between the two either internally and externally? Could you please post some pics?

Not entirely true. The death touch got a 8 inch control bore. The balance only got a 7,5 inch control bore. Or was it 6,5? Anyway, there is that difference too.
