7 Days until I phase into bulk-mode.

Phase I: Taper back into ~2,500 calories a week.
Phase II: ~3,000 calories a week.
Phase III: ~3,500 calories a week.
Phase IV: ~3,800 calories a week.

Then holding at 3,800-3,900 a week. Attempting a long, slow, clean bulk (not dat dere dreamer). Going to attempt to stay <13.5%. Get to 200-210.

Date I'd expect to be done is around July, 2013 (6-7months).

I don't think it will be 6-7 month, probably close to a year...but that's around a 2.5-3% BF increase as well. The numbers strictly based on calories (know this isn't accurate at all) gave me the timeline.

i have a question about whether this carnivore beef isolate is really good?
im kind of a newb at this. ive been lifting through football and sports since 7th grade. and ive take protein and that sort of stuff occasionally. but now im getting serious about this, i play quarterback so im not trying to get like massive, but i want to add on like 20 pounds (i know its not gonna come from just drinking this obviously and it'll come as i continue growing) but i lift 3 times a week sometimes more and i run track. so i got this carnivore stuff because ive heard some good things about it, im just wondering how good this specific kind is. any tips answers or anything would be great! thank you

if you want to gain weight you need to eat a lot. i take carnivore and like it but thats because im lactose intolerant. carnivore will be a good supplement to add to eating but food is the number 1 thing that will make you gain weight.

Been a skinny kid my whole life. Still learning how to eat for gains. I've been in the kitchen so much this semester and I'm still not eating as much as I should be (although I'm happy with my bulk progress so far)

Not sure if this is the best place to put this question. Pardon my ignorance, if any, about the question.

So let's say that you are doing a hypertrophy, or even a regular strength maintenance type of program, and you don't intake as many calories as you would need to either make gains or keep up maintenance, for a few days. The result of this is muscle loss, no? My question is, how does your body determine where to take the energy it needs from the muscles in your body? Does it take it from the abdomen area first, since it is most centralized?

Taking a guess here, your body will keep the muscle loss balanced. I would assume your body wouldn't do something weird like burn a **** ton of muscle from your left bicep but then keep your right bicep big.

I just assume this because I know your body likes balance.
