Axe leaking, can't seem to fix it
Last time I used my axe, it became very inconsistent over the chrono. It has a small leak coming from the bolt. If I put my finger against the bolt face, the pressure builds up against my finger. Gun still shoots though. I've tried cleaning and relubing, changing orings, changed the poppit face, re-setting poppit, cleaned the solenoid, putting the stock bolt back in (been using the lurker bolt) but, its still leaking and I can't seem to fix it. Any suggestions?

A bolt leak usually points to the valve. You've done everything you're supposed to do when encountering a bolt leak. Provided you did all of the above things correctly, the only other thing I can think of is changing batteries. Your solenoid may not be getting enough juice to open/close efficiently causing inconsistency at the chronograph and possibly causing bolt leak.

If the leak is slow and quiet then try turning the velocity in until its hits, be sure not to over turn it. If the leak is still there the the problem is the bolt guide.

Are there any scratches on the bolt guide or poppet face?

No scratches on the bolt guide where the poppit face hits. The poppit face looked fine to me, but I changed it anyways, still leaks. And yes I put different bolt guide o-rings on as well, still leaks haha. Someone I play with had an axe, and he had a problem where it leaked. They changed every o-ring, and it didn't fix it. He had to get a new bolt guide. Maybe its the same thing. Weird though, cause everything looks fine. I've cleaned it after each day, and its not even a year old.

Even The smallest nick or cut on the bolt guide can cause problems. I would suggest contacting us at tech@paintballsolutions.com with the following info
Name,
Phone Number,
Shipping Address,
Requesting Bolt Guide for Axe and the color.
With that we can get you a new one.
